Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of the RAHA website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from RAHA, you agree to be bound by the following provisions.

001 / OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RAHA Technologies Ltd. (“RAHA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the RAHA website, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

002 / ELIGIBILITY

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

RAHA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements or provide fraudulent information.

003 / PURCHASES

All orders placed through the Services are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received prior to shipment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur between digital representations and physical products.

004 / WARRANTIES

RAHA products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

005 / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAHA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to RAHA for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

006 / DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body in accordance with its rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be Reykjavik, Iceland, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

007 / MODIFICATIONS

RAHA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Services.
