Shipping Policy.

We partner with industry-leading carriers to deliver orders to your door with care and reliability. Below are the details, timeframes, and costs governing every shipment.

01 / PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Sunday excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 8:00 PM GMT will be processed in next 1-2 business days.

During high-demand periods (product launches, seasonal sales), processing may extend to 3 business days. We will notify you if your order experiences any delays.

03 / INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship to EU, USA, Canada. International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or Royal Mail.

Delivery timeframes vary by destination:

  • Europe: 3–6 working days
  • USA & Canada: 10–15 working days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

04 / TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. You can also view tracking information in your RAHA account under “Order History.”

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

05 / CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

RAHA has no control over customs processing times. Delays caused by customs clearance are not grounds for refund of shipping charges or order cancellation or order refund. If the order is not cleared by customs in the destination country we will give you full refund except shipping fee.

06 / LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

If a shipment is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days), please contact our support team. We will initiate a carrier investigation and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or process a full refund.

07 / ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. RAHA is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply even if order was elligible for free delivery.
