Returns & Refunds.

We stand behind the quality of every RAHA product. If you’re not completely satisfied, our returns process is designed to be straightforward and efficient.

001 / ELIGIBILITY

You may return any RAHA product purchased directly from our website or an authorized retailer within the specified return window, provided the item meets our condition requirements.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Returns without proof of purchase may be accepted at our discretion for store credit only.

002 / RETURN WINDOW

RAHA offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all standard purchases. Items must be postmarked within this window to qualify for a full refund.

During holiday periods (November 15 – December 31), the return window is extended to January 31 of the following year for items marked as gifts.

003 / CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
  • Free of odors, stains, signs of wear, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

004 / HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your RAHA account and navigate to “Order History.”
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click “Request Return.”
  3. Complete the return form, indicating the reason for return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  4. Print the prepaid return label provided (available for US and EU orders; international customers may be responsible for return shipping).
  5. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent protective material.
  6. Affix the return label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

If you checked out as a guest, contact support@raha.tech with your order number to request a return authorization.

005 / REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7–14 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.

006 / EXCHANGES

We offer size and color exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the standard return process and select “Exchange” as your preference.

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Exchanges ship free within the US and EU.

007 / WARRANTY RETURNS

Products with manufacturing defects covered under our 2-year limited warranty may be returned at any time during the warranty period, regardless of the standard 30-day return window.

Warranty returns require photo documentation of the defect and proof of purchase. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid return label and process either a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

008 / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards and store credit.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items that have been altered or modified after purchase.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., base layers) if the packaging seal has been broken.
